iTi Welcomes Dr. Kasi Sundaresan To Our Staff
We are delighted to announce the hiring of Dr. Kasi Sundaresan who will be handling
all technological matters related to our products as Scientific & Quality Specialist.
Kasi possesses a Ph.D. in Food Science from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ
and a M.S. and a B.S in Food Science and Nutrition from Bangalore University, India.
During her studies Kasi has participated in numerous internships at both U.S. and Indian
food companies. She recently worked at Kraft Foods, U.S. in the new product innovation
group and has extensive experience in beverage processing and baked goods.
iTi continuously strives to source and deliver the highest quality tropical and exotic
fruits. By sourcing the highest quality personnel as well, it enables iTi to deliver
the best products possible to our customers. We are thrilled to have on our team
someone with Kasi's depth of food science knowledge both in terms of her ability to
service and guide our customers as well as our own knowledge of the tropicals we sell.
Kasi is happily married and has a son in the first grade. She enjoys cooking and spending
time with her family. Her favorite pastime is listening to Indian classical music.
